Where do you deliver?
We currently serve all 50 US states and all Canadian provinces and territories.

What are the shipping restrictions?
We can ship your medications to physical addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and other pickup points currently. You'll be notified at checkout if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected.

How do you ship medications?
We deliver your medications in discreet packaging. If your medication requires refrigeration, it will be shipped separately from your other medications in temperature-safe packaging.

What supported shipping methods do you offer?
We currently support the following shipping options available through Canada Post, United States Postal Service and DHL Global Mail.

  • Standard Shipping $15.00 USD
  • Expedited Shipping $25.00 USD
  • Expedited Shipping with 96-hour insulated shipping container w/data logger $130.00 USD

We only use pre-qualified shipping solutions to keep pharmaceuticals within their required temperature range during transit, whether at frozen, refrigerated, or controlled room temperatures. For more information about our shipping solutions, please contact us directly.

What are your estimated delivery times?

  • Standard Shipping - estimated delivery time 7 to 10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping - estimated delivery time 4 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping with 96-hour insulated shipping container w/data logger - estimated delivery time 4 to 7 business days.

Delivery times are based on normal delivery conditions and are subject to change without notice. The on-time delivery guarantee may be modified during peak periods or suspended due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to, acts of God, epidemics, labor disruptions, equipment failures or unanticipated surges on volume.

How are combined shipping fees calculated?
The majority of items on getmedrop.com are shipped directly from our vendors/pharmacy networks with whom we’re contracted. If you place an order for multiple products in our store that are shipped from different locations. Items shipped from different locations will have an associated shipping fee which will be automatically combined into a single shipping fee on your order before final checkout.

How can I track my order?
After an order has shipped, you can track your packages by using the tracking number emailed to you. From there you can find the latest tracking information as well as updates to when your package will arrive. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

Can I return my pharmacy orders?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you believe there has been a dispensing error with an order that you have received please contact our Pharmacy Customer Care at 888.244.8998 immediately.
