What should I watch for while using this medication?

Before starting FIBRISTAL/ELLA (Ulipristal Acetate), make sure your physician is aware of any allergies or medications you currently take, if you are pregnant, or breastfeeding. Ulipristal use has been associated with adverse events such as menstrual bleeding irregularities.

What if I miss a dose?

If you vomit within 3 hours of taking this medication, contact your doctor to ask if you need to repeat the dose.
